In 2010, 295 York in Winnipeg was being renovated. They were upgrading the suites to be condominiums as well as updating the exterior of the building. The exterior had been partially stripped of its siding and for a time was black cement with bits of stuff still attached to it, may have been old paint, glue or insulation. It was particularly interesting as a photographic subject, resulting in some of my favorite photos that I have taken. I thought I would share a few of them here.
